How the beeps work

Three short beeps, one per second, count you into every work round, then a long high beep: go.
Three short beeps count you out of every work round, then a long low beep: stop.
Turn the phone's media volume up; the beeps are high-pitched so they carry over music and traffic.
Heart rate (optional): tap ♥ at the top of this screen, or beside the dial during a timer, to connect a Bluetooth strap or watch that shares heart rate (Polar, Garmin, Wahoo, Coospo and most others). Needs Chrome or Chromium on Android or a computer, or Bluefy on iPhone and iPad. Readings are only shown, never saved or sent.
The screen stays on while a timer runs. Add Rounds to your home screen and it works offline.
